“Sex scandal” header changed to “court cases”

I have restored a deleted section and changed the header to less inflammatory, more encyclopedic wording. I have also added references for the duo's musical career and for the section mentioned. Wikipedia needs to be neutral on controversial subjects, and this article should be monitored for attempts to either "scrub" the article, or to use unencyclopedic descriptions of the court cases mentioned.
